As a neglected child. This game guts out my deep rooted sorrow that makes me want to prevent this trauma for other people. Just seeing her get manipulated aches my heart. But I know it's a game and I know how to not get too serious about it. I'm having fun with this let's play. I usually play team based match games. This is the first story game that caught my attention.

Ending had me in tears, but I’m glad Benjamin is there with her 😭

Mr. Voice was actually SUCH a good character 😭😭 he would've been the best for misfortune if he wasn't evil and a manipulative monster..😅😅

Fran bow is another really good game I recommend it!! Also it’s connected with this game the ending with lighting shows characters from the game Fran Bow (little side note it’s a pretty intense game)

Alright yeah this one was sad... I watched Jacksepticeye's playthrough of this years ago but never finished it so this was nice to see! The crystals on the tree at the end light up depending on how many "sparkle opportunities" you took, so you missed all but two. *(SPOILERS!!!!!!)* If you collect all of them, Misfortune's mom takes off her mask at the very end and smiles! She got the Eternal Happiness Misfortune wanted to give her. (The depressing part is whether it's Misfortune's spirit of joy, or like a "finally, I don't have to have this unwanted child anymore" moment...)

I looked it up and what Hiro was saying was: “Where is Kirikazu?”

The japanese arguments are a little frustrating. It could mean a few thing depending on the kanji used, we can’t see that here but we can guess depending on the context of the game. Doko desuka?/どこですか？　is “where is (blank).” Kiri/きり　could mean 霧　as in fog or mist or 切り　as in the end, or stopping place. Everyone popping it into google and arguing down here was grating my nerves😭. My best guess from the options is her friend was looking for death/the end.

There are so many translations for the Japanese saying in the comments 😅. Google translate translated it as "the mist is poisonous." Which was definitely eerie lol

now u need to play fran bow!! some of the character that popped up in the ending scene are from that game (like the little pinecone dudes and the skeleton man)
