YETI Presents | The Captain

She was just a little kid who wanted to go fishing with her dad. Raised on the salty sea, earning her keep on the lobster boat, and holding her own amongst fellow salty fisherman, Sadie Samuels is now the captain of her lobster boat and she’s obsessed with her job. Boy, must be nice.

Very impressive Yeti. The fact that there isn't even a single yeti cooler in this video shows true class

That’s what I noticed too. No coolers, mugs etc. Any other company would’ve done that. Yeti knows they make good stuff and they are getting to know the people who use them.

So awesome! I was a commercial fisherman in Connecticut for almost 14 years, We fished clams and oysters. The whole time I did that I didn't see one women deckhand, let alone a captain. Kudos to you and your father! Beautiful story, Must Be Nice

Yeti folks; I love love love these productions! I rewatch them often. I have always wanted to see one based on the wild land firefighter hand crews, fighting wildfires with dirt and shovels, oh and saws…Just a thought- there’s a lot more fires nowadays to highlight those studs. Like ❤ if you agree!

Went lobster fishing with my Dad when I was 12 or 13, on Prince Edward Island. It started fun but I got sea sick and had to lay down in the cabin, I will never forget that day though. And to this day I absolutely love being on the water. Good luck with your endeavours, Sadie!

I was very moved by your journey of overcoming being a fisherman with the lobster hunting and what not, after watching this video I am full of happiness. You guys are an example for all of us who dream of a better future and it doesn't have to be in the city, all one needs is love. Congratulations on your courage, determination and joy of living, fishing or not! You guys deserve all the good that life has to offer!

Awesome video!...I see myself in your story. What's interesting, I've been diving and fishing my entire life. One day a friend said you should become a fishing guide...I named the boat ""Saltwater Junkie" and see your passion. As far as you saying your tired & keep going. I use to tell people "I got to a point in my life where I've decided to only work half days, If I can't get it done in a half day. It will have to wait until tomorrow, cause I'm already working 12 or more hours" they would then say "Oh I thought you were only working 4 hours!". Remember your office has the best view...Capt. Pete

I just watched a video of a guy who sent in his Hopper for the exchange (cuz of magnets) and he got back a Tundra 65. All I GOT in return was a 12 can soft cooler that I can't even use. It's way too small and I just hate it. I have called and emailed to complain but nobody has responded. I spent $350 on the hopper and you sent something so small and unusable for me. Then I see you sent this guy a Tundrea 65 and he's all "Yeti is so awesome with their customer service". No you're not. You completely let me down and I used to buy Yeti all the time. All the time. I'll never buy Yeti again. Ever. Anybody want a free 12 can cooler? It's not worth a dollar to me.
