Im literally starting tomorrow. How many layers of fibreglass, how many Oz per sqft and how many coating of fibreglass hardener? Thank you for the video. Im in Miami,,, Ill keep you posted

Hi Marco, that's awesome! I used 2 layers of fiberglass. I used a 700 gram cloth and mixed according to the manufacturers spec. I do have another more detailed video of the same build. I'll find the link. Please keep me posted. I'd love to see how it comes out.

It's just over 2 years old now and absolutely perfect. In South Africa it cost 13000 Rand. Just about 800-900 USD, excluding the pump

What type of paint did you use

It is called pool coat. It's like a colored resin. You mix a hardner with it

Thank you for answer I still undecided mine would be in contact with dirty and I wonder if the plywood will rot affecting the structure of the pool

@@chirris187 this one is also in contact with the dirt but I painted the wood with bitumen before I put it in place. 30 months later it's still fine
