When you took stuff to the pawnshop and sold everything and there was still stuff left over go into the pawnshop go to the man and then click on every individual item that is left and sell from there then you will get money instead of destroying each box

btw when you hit R to unpack new things, you can still return it if you don't need it if you've not actually placed it down to finish unpacking. Once you place it you have to pawn it instead of returning it. Another tip is that the R to unpack will check items on your to-do list in the room without placing, just having it unpacked in your hands will temporarily check off items on the list so you can see if it's the right item before placing it.

You guys would love to see commercial spaces and condos or apartment buildings in this game too. I highly recommend leveling up the technology skill 1st since the top tier gives you online shopping and shipping option. If you want to make lots of money save your recycling till you get the compressor at level 2. You can make massive amounts of money with the compressed recycling.

The game does that with multiplayer, "Collected 58 out of 307 trash". I encountered it right away, with painting a wall, said 3 out of 4, because my lady painted the other wall. :( Lol.

I think the "Open World Life Simulator" from your title is usually referred to as "Life" and we're all conscripted 24x7 players of that game. Really good graphics, writing could be better, loot sucks, rarely a chance for good upgrades, insanity mode only with just 1 life, .... ;)
