I agree the doctors and nurses saved him, but it is by the power of God not by ours. I lost two very close friends from them getting shot and I have friends who lived many, I go to funerals all the time. People get shot in the same places, once, twice and all different ways. What I am trying to get at is that nobody deserves death so why my friends die? Did the doctors and nurses fail to save them? I believe not, I am sure it was by everything in there power they did.
