They usually get the materials from China and put them together in Italy just to say they were made in Italy. Ye has always worked with Chinese manufacturing

I wear a sz 15 mine cane today and the size 3 works well. I believe this is the China version. From the video the grooves are deeper cut on the China. Worth the 20 minus the shipping extra cost.
