I’m 5’11 175. I came across another KZreadr who ordered this same shirt bc I wanted a review to see how it fit. . He ordered a small and it dwarfed him. He said he was about 5’9 5’10. Had me spooked. I get my shirt and I realized I got the Dove No Seam tee. Almost looks crop top ish. In a large and it fit perfectly. So two different shirts. 😕 Thankful for you guys and your reviews tho! ✊🏿

Yeah some of the tees look almost identical except for the cut. Sizing is all over the place for the whole collection as well. Glad it ended up working out for you my man

Great review! I picked up the t-shirt and hoodie (both in size large). I love them both! I wore the dove t-shirt with some super fitted jeans and the Balenciaga Hard-Croc sandals (platform with the “hardware appliqué”) out last night. Truly was the best dressed in a SUPER posh rooftop lounge here LA called the InterContinental Downtown. Easily was the best dressed! Got mad, crazy complements! Confidence is key, otherwise these pieces will wear you! The fit is soooooooo current! The quality is top notch. As for the guy doing the review, I’d suggest you go to your local Balenciaga boutique and just let loose on trying things on. It might help one to understand why the cuts and fits are so “dramatic”. Great review though 😀. It’s pretty iconic and progressive. These pieces definitely stand out, for all the right reasons, in my opinion. Quality! 🔥🔥🔥

I’m 5’8 and 180 muscular build and it fits perfect to the waste and the arms are a little long but that’s how it’s suppose to fit. If you go to small your stomach will show which is a no no with a hoodie. I went large and glad I did because once I hand wash it and let it dry it will shrink

I’m 5’8, so about the same height as you. I’m not sure how much higher the cut off would be on a small, so if you want it to fit kinda like the perfect hoodies did, I’d stick with a medium

You know there was a size chart right? I know it's bad of them to change up the sizing like that on people but I'm surprised how people don't check the size charts on items to get the best fit for them, especially when you're spending that much on an item. Good thing is that they have a good return policy.

Yeah you gotta know your sizes, esp with Yeezy. It’s always all over the place even between seasons/lines. Take a shirt that is the perfect fit for you and measure it. Use those measurements in the future to judge the sizing.

I do like the hoodie quite a bit

I am way more excited about the hoodie after seeing this video. I was worried it was going to be at least 2-3 sizes oversized but this looks like a good cropped fit with baggy sleeves. And I think with a long tee underneath it would look awesome with your fit here as well!

Not gonna lie I’ve never owned a FOG hoodie so I can’t quite comment on that part. I’d say whatever size you normally wear go at LEAST a size down from that

honestly I loved the hoodie, i guess its my own preference, shirt although its really thick fabric and in cold weather you would already have a hoodie for the cold

So the sleeves are long, but I think once you wash it and wear it more, the sleeve length is actually okay in the long run!

First video I'm watching regarding the dove hoodie, as I just managed to buy an XXL today. Since it was oversized, did you order a size down yourself or true to size? Follow-up question: what's the texture like on the dove print?

I ordered true to size on both the hoodie and the shirt. I’d say the dove is printed onto the shirt, it has a nice rough feel to it with good coloring and texture!

I got mine in the washed black! And I’d say since you normally wear a xl in hoodie maybe large, the waist crops hard so you don’t want to go too small

They are made in Cambodia!

Now that I think about it, the length and "chicken winging" of the sleeves might be purposely designed that way to allude to how a dove would fly/spread its wings. A little food for thought

I’d say go at least small. Im probably just a bit chubbier than you, so base it off that haha.

so many ppl are finding too oversized unflattering. To me i just see that it creates a bigger shoulder and bigger arms which proportionally make ur waist looks smaller and excess fabric covers ur waist. I think it covers ur flaws and enhances ur proportion. But anyway the only meaning of ridiculous is that its too new to the general public. Like few years back even those slimmer oversized also look ridiculous to most ppl because its sort of new when ppl are still wearing slim regular fits

Not sure the reason for oversized design is necessarily to cover flaws. It gives the garment character because it drapes on your body and would have a lot of movement as you move around with it on. Also the comfort is another reason to wear oversized.

Im typically a true to size L, after seeing how the tee fits I canceled my order and placed a new one for a size S do you think that should fit me well? Im around 5’11 I like my tees a little oversized but not overly oversized

I think the small should work pretty good for you. It’ll be slightly smaller than the one I’m wearing in the video, so I’d judge it off that and the sizing chart they have on the website

The hoodie looks cool on you and the shirt will look dope if you throw on a oversized hoodie (oversized in length) imo. but if you usually don’t wear oversized streetwear then sell it. I usually wear brands like Rick Owen and his pieces are usually always known for being oversized. It seems like ye is trying to go back to his old roots, remember years ago when he always wore oversized shirts & flannels? And he’d break out the leather pants with the nike Yeezys

I’m 6’5 and 230lbs and I’ve got a bit of fat on me and I normally wear xxl hoodies for the bagginess should I downsize to an xl for the dove hoodie or maybe even a large. The most important thing to me though is the length because most of my hoodies that aren’t in a tall version come up to my belly button when I lift my arms

I’d say Small for the hoodie, I think an XS would cut too high on your body, unless you like that more cropped look

I ordered this hoodie in small and based on this review I might have to cancel it and try for an xs. I really want one of these but the fit has to be right

Hilarious! The sizing is ridiculous! I'm so happy I went XS on my stuff. I'm a medium and after watching all the reviews, I decided to use a tape measure and was like "yo! this isht is huge!" Thanks for the review. My recommendation is for you to cut it down to size and show off the cut with visible threading. it would be cool ;)

Hey bro! I’m 5’9 and own both items mentioned. I have a bit of an athletic build, weighing around 150 pounds and own the Dove (shrunken, [not the one shown in the video]) hoodie/regular Yeezy gap hoodies in a L. They fit really good, some room in the arms and stomach area. I would imagine the regular Dove hoodie (the one shown in the video) would be better in a M, just because it is a lot more oversized than the shrunken one, but I’ll be buying one tomorrow and can update you when I get it, if you’d like me to. I own the puffer in an L and honestly don’t wear it unless I’m pairing it with the dove hoodie for the added thickness. I’d recommend the puffer in a M size, same for the regular dove hoodie. The oversize-ness might be a bit too big for your weight if you purchase a L, hope this helps! Lmk if you have more questions!

I’d say a small would probably be good for you. The length wouldn’t come up much higher but the width would be a little less than mine which would be good for you

Look at the size chart even if you go down to a small it's still going to be really wide but will be cropped shorter and based on the measurements a small will fit like a Large Gap perfect hoodie.

I think the medium is probably the safer bet due to the crop. It’s pretty much perfect crop for me and you’re almost a foot taller lol

If you’re talking hoodie it should fit about the same as mine. Your only slightly taller and the width could accommodate how wide you are

For the hoodie I’d say go for a medium. It fits a bit larger than the perfect hoodie but I think going smaller would have it crop too low

For the new drop today I got a whole size less. I’m an XL in my shirts and I don’t like super big so I got a large so it fits smaller and shorter

I’ve only work the hoodie out once for a an hour , so I have not cleaned it yet. It does say machine wash cold gentle so you can use your machine, but if you’re worried about shrinkage I would just do a dry cleaner

The hoodie is a double layer construction! I’m 5’8 and 180 so maybe a large would do you well for a the hoodie. I have a medium in the video if you wanna base your purchase off that. I think length was good for me and the width was nice, but if you’re built wider the large might be better

What sucks most places are out of stock like mentioned on first comment i had to pre order from FARTECH july 1st they’ll ship 😭😭😭 and most places like grailed /poshmark etc. all you see for sale is medium / large/ xlarge

@@tylerayers1997 Yeah, you could literally make a tepee out of the shirt 😂 but the hoodie it might fix. I’m definitely copping the hoodie. My Donda Academy hoodie is my favorite hoodie right now. It looks similar to that YZY GAP BALENCIE.

Thanks for the review on these. I've been wondering how it'd fit. Although, I am hopeless about the fit after seeing yours.. They had all the good design elements except the fit. The proportion on the whole collection is all terrible. What a huge mistake... Sizing is not gonna fix the issue for anyone. It's just a horrible proportion of the garments.

Yeah they’ve almost got a non human fit to them. Like it’s supposed to mask your body and make you into a new form. I’m not sure, but just wish the fit was better on everything

I’d probably go for a small tbh. It’s gonna crop right at your waist but the small will get rid of some of the width, which is good if you’re small

I would honestly say medium might be okay. My bigger friend tried on my medium and it still fit him comfortably. If you want a bit more oversized a large would do as well
