Yes and my opinion, better. My 2016 pirate blacks have the snubby toe like an elf shoe at certain angles

The 2022 pair is a bit more navy than black. Which is cool

Got the 2022s. Seen the outsoles are different? Are the bottoms on 2022 going to rub off or wear off pretty easy? Ive seen beat pairs or used pairs where the bottoms are easily wore off

They seem like the same painted material just a tad thicker

Rear of the 2022 have a little bump just under the rear pull tail and the og don’t

So them outsoles, did they get updated? Or are they still the same crappy painted foam? Lol

If im a tts 9...I rock a 10 in 350v2 cus I get a sore toe if I get 9.5....what do I get in the new td?!

The ridges go up higher on the retros

I need to know how the soles are. One thing I hated about V1s were how quick they faded after a few wears compared to V2s

They OGs ran super big I'm a 10.5 and wear a 9 in v1s. The retros are a snug true to size.

To add on Eric's comment, my OG v1 pirate blacks are a 10 and fit perfectly and the new turtle doves are an 11 and fit good once I broke them in. (Usually a TTS 10.5)

Idk, I’m an 11, and got the OGs in a 10 and they fit snug. But I got a 10.5 in the moon rocks n those are perfect lol

Are quality of soles same as 2015? I heard 2015 soles were easily to teared out.

Are soles gonna wear out with the white paint coming off? I heard the OG the white comes off and u see it turn to the yellow rubber. I got the new pair wore them one day and the heel seemed to lose a little white tbh. Upsetting

You should compare the Adidas retro to the Linda Yeezy retro to see who did it better. Linda Yeezy's started retroing in 2015.

Ogs are better, but not enough to make me hate the new pair. Ill keep my pair

2015 pairs didn't offer half sizes

They perfected them. Remember they used to run big.

..it’s never been Black… it’s a dark navy… and there’s no way to go down a half size in the OGs ..unless your TTS is a half size, then it makes sense fyi
