I loved the Roborock Q Revo but the swing out mop on this one had me send back the Roborock.

How did you like the Yeedi? I heard the most troubling part of Yeedi bots is the app

Does it wet the mop while cleaning the floor? How is the mop water flow controlled? Or does it have to go back home to keep wetting the mops?

I absolutely love the edge mopping feature, but even more importantly, the self-cleaning and drying of the mop pads! I was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, so something like this would be amazing to help keep my floors clean when I’m not physically able to do so myself, and keep the actual unit clean too!

It’s worth mentioning that these spinning mops aren’t the best at actually cleaning your floors. I have a Roborock Q Revo which also has spinning mop pads and while it looks like it’s cleanly mopping, it’s not. Once the spinning pads get dirty, they stay dirty until it goes back to the dock to wash. This has resulted in my floors looking visibly clean, but then feeling sticky or dirty when walking with bare feet. You can see what I mean at 3:12 in this video. It goes over the milk, but just spreads it around while leaving milk swirl marks on the floor (you can see them in the video before it quickly cuts to a second run that was needed to get rid of them). The only robovac that truly cleans while it mops is the Eufy S1 Pro. It has separate clean/dirty water tanks inside itself and a mop that rolls upwards and in reverse to really scrub and lift stains. While the mop is rolling, clean water is dispensed onto it to remove stains/liquids it picked up. Then it’s scraped off into the internal dirty water tank. That means it can pick up entire spills, ketchup, peanut butter, etc. without spreading anything around. For me that is a game changer, so I backed it on Kickstarter for $899 (going for $999 now, but still a great price if it means truly clean floors). Can’t wait to replace my Q Revo with it!

@@Brendon471 I also own a Q Revo and looking to replace it with the M12 Pro+ mainly for the mop super clean/hot disinfection, mop side arm and 11,000Pa suction. Also, reading the Kickstart comments of the people that have received the Eufy S1 Pro, there are issues with that Kickstarter robovac. Also a manual swiffer wet mop does a similar job. Plus you can quicken the time the mops get washed, if you think that is an issue. The fact that you don't have to swiffer anymore is a win win. From Kickstarter Eufy S1 Pro: "The bad: My unit has a squeaky wheel, which I can look past. However, what irks me the most is that the unit doesn’t go to the edge of the wall and furniture. My $200 eufy vacuum does a better job at that. The mop is just ok. Maybe I was expecting a little more because I have 3 pets, but some stains do not pick up, even on the highest setting. I guess I knew this wouldn’t eliminate all mopping, but I did think it would do a better job for what I paid. I still go over with a swiffer wet mop and then have this go over after. Overall, I’m not super impressed for the price point."

Oh this is one of the best so far base on price to features ratio..with the washing and drying of the brushes you got to love it.but the sero tangle technology has to be one of the best features with this one..nice.. thanks Shane....😁😁😁👍👍👍

It looks like the robot does not have the water reservoir on itself so it needs to visit the base more frequently to wash the mop pad , wet the mop pad and back to mopping operation Can you confirm if robot has water reservoir on itself or not? Thank you!

Does it refill the mop with clean water as well? And the hot water, is that only for cleaning the mop or does it also clean the floors with hot water?

It refills the mop. Hot water is for washing mop pads only

Nice video review , thanks Shane! Does this have onboard water reservoir? What is the clean water tank capacity? What is the battery capacity? My favorite feature is the "TRUE ADAPTIVE EDGE MOPING" and that the clean water tank is translucent allowing you to see how much water is left before it runs out... GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON THE GIVEAWAY!

How is the obstacle avoidance? Cables, toys, blankets, other random items

How does this do with sauces or ketchup on the floor?

It does great. Depending on the amount you may need to send it out more than once. If you draw a small area on the map it automatically cleans the area twice in two directions which is great for sauces. Again you may have to send it more than one but it will clean up even dried sauces

Just got mine today and I couldn’t connect it to the yeedi app I need help : (

Totally agree. This is the best edge cleaning tech I've seen so far.

The bottom has a face!!😂 Man I really had no idea how big these bots are. Seeing it with your hand for scale in the video, it's a bit larger than a full LP vinyl, right? I really want this guy in my house!

This robovac looks impressive. The 11k pa suction power alone makes this an awesome machine. Add mopping with the extended pad and I'd be hard pressed to find a comparable machine in this price point. Looks like a total winner can't wait to see a long-term review once you've had it for a couple of months. By the way on a side note, I really like the flow of your reviews. Keeps me interested!
