I don't think such a person would change, the probability of success is very less. But the interviewed person is not telling that counselling him would end the scene, it is just a subscene and i feel that he rightly mentioned about the term 'evidence' a sociological research should be surely made instead of killing him. However the acts of punishment by the judiciary are fair enough and I feel that the judiciary makes sure that a detailed report is being made on every convict. The attempt of creating a public awareness of such report however has not been made upto my knowledge.

hey vamsi! i disagree with you brother except for the one line in which you said those assailants will not change after couseling sessions. yes ...they won't change through counseling sessions. but to start with, the sessions which are mentioned in the above video are not just some random counseling sessions....akshay talked about subjecting the rapist to a panel of psychiatrists for psychological evaluation by asking him proper questions....the point is not to change the mind of the rapist at all... the point is to understand the mind of the rapist.... understanding his childhood from the time when he became sexually mature, understanding his social background and finally understanding the situations that triggered him to commit rape. askhay said that the rapist should be treated as a diseased person. but i say he should be treated as a diseased animal. if you are killing that animal....thats means you are killing just the animal and not the disease. there are many such diseased animals roaming freely in our society. Killing a rapist brutally in public and letting the media to display will not even make an inch of difference to other upcoming rapists.....because they are not humans anymore...as i said they are diseased animals. if there's anything that the media should telecast regarding this issue.....it is that psychiatric session. media should telecast the live session of those psychiatrists questioning the rapist and evaluating his psychology......the whole country should watch it. now coming to the point where you said about arab countries and their low crime rates. let me ask you a question--- which is the first country that comes to your mind when i ask you "where are most of the girls from other countries are being trafficked and sold to" ?? i think the answer would be undoubtedly Dubai. most of the women trafficking is happening in Dubai. and there won't be a single woman in that list who is a citizen of dubai. most of them are from russia, india, etc. because of the stricts laws made by the dubai govt, dubai shaiks are using women from the other countries to fulfill their sexual desires. but the disease is still the same...it has not been eradicated even with such strict laws.

hat off to you to crack Civils, simple and straight forward interview. You are telling me that the preparation process is simple. I have seen my cousins prepared hell no of years, one person did PGs in central university and attempted two times interviews in CIVILs, finally he cracked Group 1 officer. Even though people have talent, they should have luck also. Ex: Akella Raghavendra, coaching center head.
