Hey Darrell, where did you come across this 221? This looks like the 221 I sold locally in 2021ish.

@Radionut63 Yeah it does. Working on it is a pain in the ass due to the modules sliding in and out. I found it would not switch from transmit back to receive very good and was slightly drifty on SSB.

@Radionut63 I think yaesu made "pin extension" boards for this radio that sat in place of the board, and allowed you to attach the circuit board on to it for troubleshooting and repair access. Finding a set of those extenders is pretty well impossible now

They did indeed make those boards, suppose one could etch new boards to do the same thing. Not sure what i am going to do with this thing at the moment, may meet it's doom. Who knows. LOL
