The stock 440 Charger they used ran circles around the modified 390 Mustang..Stunt drivers took the cars for testing and the Charger ran circles around the Mustang 390,seriously they ran them at a circle track and the Charger destroyed the Mustang from a start mid range power,top end and handling...The chase scenes the Charger wasnt even floored and the Mustang was floored,Charger had to use half throttle so the Ford could keep up! Remember old road tests were done going sideways off the line and burning rubber,none are accurate! Slicks then were the same as your new minivans tires 225 radial hooks like an old slick =,meaning not so much!

, I do like Mustang but honest preference to the Charger, I only really like the Mustang Coupe, cabriolet and '65 fastback, otherwise their all a bit commonology, whereas Chargers are always a broader and more fantastical colour range.

If the name of this video is generated by Mark, then he is not a real car guy. I am a Ford guy with a 67 coupe with a real High performance 289 with 4 speed and traction lock with 3:89 gears. I will take on any Mopar in my cubic inch category as long as it is basically stock. I grew up loving Mopar's, especially the hemi cars that my neighbors had as well as max wedge cars. I loved them. I also love Pontiac, Oldsmobile's, Buicks and AMC performance cars but I never call any of them crap-box cars. I love them all. They deserve a following. I even like the performance Studebakers which were cars way ahead of the big 3 but they got together and destroyed them just like Mr. Tucker. So keep those sentiments to yourself. You have embarrassed yourself without knowing being the narcissist you are. Your daughter is a nice woman, and you treat her badly sometimes. You want to grow your channel then stop insulting people's intelligence. I have followed your show for years but no more. Car guys love all cars and always have a favorite like my car that had only 2600 original miles and rust free. So, it is tops to me because Mopar's are now a rich man's game. Your rebuilds are perfect and I applaud your workers for excellent work. Treat them a bit nicer before you start losing them to frustration.
