I feel like Stray Kids are a great example that the whole idea there is this binary line between friendship and romantic is actually completely wrong. Now I'm not actually saying I believe they're all in secret relationships or something, but what I mean is being an asexual I've learned that there is a so much bigger range between 'friendship' and 'romance' than general society leads you to believe. Friendship isn't just this one thing. You can sort of have crushes on friends that aren't necessarily sexual, you can get those same romantic style feelings and that deep deep emotional connection that people too often associate with only people in a straight up sexual/romantic relationship. These guys flirt with each other a lot, and some of it is very playful and some of it is more unconscious. For example, if you notice when Han and Hyunjin call each other 'honey' and play around together it's very dramatic and playful, when Han and Lee Know use the term 'honey' it's almost always casual, it's when they're doing something more 'domestic' like they're cooking and Lee Know asks Han to put an ingredient in the pan, or when they call each other about day-to-day stuff. Their softest moments tend to be less sort of, performative. They definitely have those playful moments, but I think one of the reasons their relationship is so compelling is because it's often in the background you spot the most tender moments. Or if they ever do the flirting thing on camera one or the other gets more affected and shy because it's not their 'bit' in the same way say Han and Hyunjin are, or Hyunjin and Lee Know. They always give me what I call married-friends vibes, they just exist as this little unit, and you could see it being platonic, romantic, or whatever, but they just function in quite a couple like manner. If you look at Hyunjin and Felix they're another one that they're cute on camera but a lot of their tenderness comes in more casual moments, the way Felix speaks bluntly and honestly, the way Hyunjin cares for him and encourages him. Their relationship has a different flavour to say Hyunjin and I.N's relationship- which is also very close. It feels more serious (in attitude not depth) in a way, in that Hyunjin deeply cares for and worries over Felix's emotions so he wouldn't tease with affection, the affection shown is always genuine (and if you notice a lot of the guys will be a bit more genuine with Felix). I think they joke about Hyunjin loves Felix because Hyunjin does have a big soft spot for Felix and Felix conducts his friendships in quite an intimate and romantic fashion. If you look at Hyunjin and I.N, I.N often rebuffs open affection whilst also enjoying the fact he is loved, so Hyunjin will be over-demonstrative and tease and play with him because the more dramatic the more likely to get I.N to crack a smile and show that deep down he kind of loves being loved to much. It's a little like Changbin and Hyunjin's dynamic except Changbin likes to seek visible confirmation of affection so he will chase hard and be overjoyed the minute someone flirts back, but also kind of not know what to do with himself. The group has such a range of dynamics, from Han and Changbin who are very platonic brotherly in style and would probably find it most difficult to play flirt, to Chan and anyone where he has such pride and adoration for them all it bleeds off him, to Felix and Changbin who both thrive off open visible affection and so are naturally quite flirty and complimentary, to Han and Lee Know who have this quiet deep affection for one another. I think they can joke and feel comfortable when they're playing along in part because they are all so close a lot of their dynamics mimic what you'd see in more straight up romantic relationships. Personally I really love it, and I love that they can play flirtily too because it's all just affection and too often guys especially are encouraged to repress that. This comment was really long, I just really adore the unique relationships they have and how they just love each other so much.

I have honestly never seen and read such an in depth and thorough comment regarding our boys relationships. I enjoyed reading every bit. You have a very fluid thought process that looks at them on a realistic and compatible note rather then just show and tell. I think it's pretty obvious that as more people the beehive collects the Higher lokelyhood not everyone is 95% straight... And sometimes Idols and actors by now ( seem) to have been either trained to see being shipped as another ( rather annoying?) Part of the job or their themselves are young enough to not be completley innocent when it comes to writing and reading Fan fiction or maybe even don't sweating the shipping stuff. I think as much as it isn't fair to assume that anyone could be not straight it also shouldn't be assumed anyone is because same rules for everyone , right? I honestly say if you like more than 1 Group and say you've never even thought to yourself " not be surprised if this guy or girl" is able to identify with a letter ( or lack there off) in the rainbow community you're kinda lying to yourself. And honestly personally I thinl manners come in to not name names online bc you are aware how people can struggle with it depending on the shit of societies they live in give, sadly.

I noticed that in this video there are not that many moments from Chan or Seungmin, while the others have a lot.

I just say as Channie says🤗 He says it both ways always, so I just make sure to replicate with the closest tone too his as possible, and I have asked always Koreans those and those who speak fluently if I'm ever off ☺️ No complaints so far and I have been told I am speaking very well with it so it gives me alot of confidence over time 🤗! Input and preference always helps though! I appreciate it love! 🖤
