Honestly if you buy the outdoor version of this you don't have to install pigtails. All you do is put it in modem mode, run a ethernet to a poe to a cheap inside router and your good to go.

Is there any mmWave routers? Also this vs the cudy p5 with visible what’s the current go to? I want to swap over so I can travel this summer. My home has a tower with lte,5g and as of last month mmWave tower literally 100ft into my backyard so rather than have my brain cooked by the signal I want to take advantage of this 😂. My phone is getting over 1gig download any time of day and it’s hard to believe how far it’s come in just 5 years. Thanks for all your videos.

In my area there is very bad reception ,I am using a Visible Sim. I assume using this won’t boost my strength correct ?

Actually, with my 5G phone I get 1.5mbs down and 0.8 up but with the router I get 5.0 plus. I think you might want to try a quality router and see. A friend of mine has Visible and Rural with his phone his service is close to mine but with the router he showed me 45 down and 12 up.
