You need to freeze the ice-cream mixture for 3-4hrs and then whip it again to break the crystals. Repeat the process for a couple of times more and then freeze it over night or for 10-12 hrs.

(Someone else in the comments has mentioned that too) Try that ? You are such a pro. Jatpat and it's done. Make it all look so easy. Allaah bless you and yours, always.
