I am simply bowled over by India's new singing star, Vibhabhari Apte. She has such a sweet voice. She is also very decent and has a soothing demeanor. Singing a Lata Mangeshkar classic with such ease and grace, that too at such a tender age, makes her an outstanding prospect for the Hindi Music Industry. I would also like to put in a word or two for the male singer, Ali Hussain. The best thing about his singing is the fact that he never tried to be a Rafi-clone. Has a very sonorous voice. Both the singers complemented one another. Here is wishing them further success and glory.

Thank you Vibhavari and Ali. Both of you are unbelievably amazing singers!

Please do not undermine her talent by comparing her with others. This is the ridiculous trait of us the Indians, always try to compare.

She is far better than so many singers so simple so sweet and melodious.

Ali Hussain singing in his own deep voice and not trying to mimic Rafi saab is what makes it so pleasing to listen, Vibhavari is brilliant as usual. Hope the film industry utilize these brilliant talents.

I heard first time Mr. Ali Hussain, excellent singing. One can easily recognize that he belongs to artistic family. Vibhavari voice has different texture (Khanak), which I am missing in many current great singers - I will go through her more recorded songs. We can't compare anyone to Lata Ji and Asha Ji.

Yes we can compare any singer because in the past we maybe not see the flaw in music not knowing any better at the time. Today there will be better seeing we strive to improve unless you plan to stay back in time. Because of redundancy and old evil habits one India new star (Sushant Singh Rajput) who I think was going to the best since times of the Kapoor's was force to his limit. India had never produced stars since the 60s but try to cheat the real actors out screen giving to girls child guys who mostly enjoy girly dancing on stage type acting. Since stars like the Kapoors and devanad etc. the screen have more girl child men waging their tail than acting. Every thing will improve better because music should and we need better stars not boys - girls guys

Ali Hussein is superb as a Rafi voice. Velvety voice he has got to perfection. And Vibhavari-ji...I cannot believe a human voice could ever be as sweet as this. I am a musician and I should know.

When any song is reproduced by a different singer, the original flavor must be retained. This is somthing missing inmost performances. It is this quality which I like in this performance. No extras. Once you listen a song by any singer you cannot accept it by the other singer it is the beauty of the singer who sings it first . Singers other then original making copy and a copy never beats the original. So when i listen such songs i only enjoy the music which is played with new and modern equipments. It is the reason we enjoy old songs or we recall the old one in our mind.

Vibhavri Apte Joshi is superb as usual but I was stunned by the class of Ali Hussain, who instead of imitating Rafi jee, has sung in his own commendable style. Orchestra is unparllel. Kudos.
