As manga reader ,If they delay spin rework along with soft and wet , It make sense , since soft and wet actual ability is create a string that spin so fast Josuke himself thought it was buble basicly Josuke is spin user , it be explained at end of jojolion

Spin in jojo lion isn't equal to spin in sbr cuz in jojo lion spin means just spinning no golden rotation or energy
