Honestly the best way to get twoh skin is to grinde in an event, i remember during the Christmas event i got rtwoh with just 3.8 pity and was shocked since i thought i wouldn't get a skin

Did the quest at 5 pity over and over and im at 6.4 now my luck is the best

after two years, I got rtwoh like four days ago. 5 pity. you can do it, man. one must imagine GoddedAdmin happy.

RTWOH came out in Halloween update one. Halloween update 2 has already passed, so it’s basically been 2 years.

you should use hamon for dios bone dio oh takes as much dmg as vamp with no resistence to hamon does so sptw hamon or sum crap would be really good

Also another tip for dio just use sptw hamon with combat precision and hamon does like 19 dmg m1s and 2.3 barrages
