Hello, Did you get any help with your machine. we bought the same machine and we are having trouble with it

When i press P808, then P660 and confirm, few months ago it usually access to S 00 to edit speed, now after i confirm it just go to main screen of 0.0 grams so i not able anymore to edit speed for filler. Please help. I already replace with NEW board and display 3 times and have same issue.

Am having same issues, have calibrated mine, reset parameter ratio yet mine isn’t working smoothly and it’s frequently feeling empty

I think He didnt take out all the red screws down there of machine. We had ssame issue and was that ^^

Remove the bolt on top of the machine First open the plastic lid You'll see a bolt 🔩 painted with red paint Remove it that's the scale bolt

I have one too. Can't use because of all the Settings. Need assistance 😪 too. Want to set to 2gm for packing Herbal tea. Resulted to manual packing back as Can't afford to waste money buying an machine.
