Yes. looks tasty. I will try without ajinomoto. MSG (ajinomoto) is not good at all. Need to be careful when visiting Pokhara.

Pokhara ko thicheko alu sanga dip garne achar ko receipe paam na chef sumi coz without achar taste of thicheko alu will be incomplete ani sachai tyo achar really amazing taste for fried sausage and momos😉😋 every time I visit pokhara my first stop is always buddha chowk for that taste and thanks for sharing real taste of nepali popular food🙏🙏🙏

I tried it, not at all tasty. I loved the way you made it but when mixing the potatoes with the mixture of grinded masala and oil, it tasted very weird.
