I used to be a huge fan of Yuliya, but Instantly fell in love with this girl when I saw her for the very first time. She's absolutely amazing.

This is the woman who is going to break the three decades old WR. She's at 2.06 already and not even near her peak. The incredible leaping ability is there for a 7' jump. I wonder if she knows how well she speaks English. High marks to the Ukrainian educational system (same for Yuliya). And high marks to her parents for raising such a nice young adult.

The education system there is actually pretty bad on average, but there are the occasional good teachers plus you can get some tutors which aren't bad. So, one can say she speaks like that despite the system, not because of it.

She probably had/has a private tutor for English. They get taught English in school some, but most of the people I've met in Ukraine go to English classes or hire a native-English speaking tutor. It opens doors for working at international companies and even in hospitality. (My fiance is Ukrainian and I've spent a lot of time over there.....my fiance once suggested I go there and work as an English teacher while we are waiting for the fiance visa to get her here) I've been following Yaroslava on instagram for a while now. She's definitely a breath of fresh air.

I’m a perfect example of this kind of thinking. I’m Pole and was forced to take 4hrs of Russian/week by my teachers (when I was in grade 4 - 10 yrs old). All I remember from those years is just a few letters of Russian alphabet Lol ... One of my classmates asked our co-me teacher (member of PZPR Polish co-me party): “Why do we have to learn Russian ??? English, French or German would be more useful in the future. Her answer was: “It’s just a matter of time when the rest of the world will speak Russian”. “Ya right ... it’ll never gonna happened”, answered my body classmate. Well..., time went by, I escaped from that co-me country, lived for 2 yrs in the USA, then moved to Canada and learned communicate in English in no time. Of course I’ve never lost my Slavic accent, but my son who join me before he was 5 y.o. and was educated in Canada speaks perfect English. No sign of Slavic accent in his speech Lol ... Although nobody paid any attention to it, he is able to read, write and speak in Polish (which was his first language before he came to Canada) Lol ... I had to spent tones of money to get to his level. He also picked little bit of German just playing with kids during his staying in Germany. Go figure that one out ...*

BTW... I’m 69 y.o. now, and I never regretted that I can’t communicate in Russian. Actually there was one time: It was when I had to get American DL. The US Cop Looked at my Polish DL and said: “There is nothing in English here. How am I supposed to read this thing”. Well, my Polish DL was in Polish but translated to Russian and French (That was the only time when I wished that there was one more translation: English one, of course Lol ...)

Check out Vashti Cunningham ... so many of these top tier skilled beauties are from all over the world... we dont get as many here in america. Vashti is still so young but super worth following her growth. She is a good one on the rise
