Old video, but I'm considering being a Yard Shifter. What's the pay like? Do I need a CDL? I Already have 3 years exp picking up and dropping intermodal, but let my CDL go

I work at a super hub where I complete 80 wall moves in about 8hrs. I can do this whole move in less than half that time, peice of cake.
