Some cool finds! Why is it so hard for people to put prices on things before they have a yard sale? It's so much trouble for the buyer and seller. What's worse is asking someone the price and they have no idea what they want for it.

Okay, I like the camera garage sale stealth.... followed by the TJ report out of the totals.

The camera made them think "hmm.. reseller. Lets jack up prices." The jacked up individually pricing piece by piece distracted you and made ya forget about your other stuffs. Love the vids. Its a lil adventure.

Oh my gosh, Ashley, you got some great finds!! 🎊💞 I hope you did not feel my eye roll though, when the two women were trying to sell you things at department store prices 🙄 Good Lord. I don’t know why some people just don’t try to sell their things online instead of at garage sales. You did great, as always!! Grateful for your videos! 💕

They see the camera and raise prices. Pile everything up, then make offer on the whole pile. If they want to piece it all out, say like $5 each and il buy the whole pile and help you clear up space. 👼

You are like the nicest buyer ever; so I couldn't see anyone having an issue if they stumble across your KZread channel, because you were fair and honest if something was priced too high for you, and easy going when you made an offer, and you made the transaction easy for the seller.

Great finds. I have also made this mistake and discovered a great fix. I was introduced to IKEA bags. They are huge bags for .99 cents, so I bought 15 of them. They are great for flea markets, garage sales and thrifting. You should have these bags when you buy the clothing pallets. Love when your husband is in the videos. He's very supportive and I like seeing his excitement in your finds.

Ok, I have to say at first I thought the prices at the second garage sale were insane. I couldn't believe you were paying those prices. I recently started reselling clothes so I am still learning. I have much to learn.... Teach me your ways Obi-wan! 😁 Great potential profit! RIP to the gloves and hats!

You need like a wagon, or big Ikea bag for your garage sales! I use to look in the newspaper with my grandma a day or two before and we would find ones and drive to them on Saturdays..just us and a newspaper in a car lol

This video inspired me to go to yard sales this weekend and I did amazingly well! My average cost of goods was 80 cents an item! Lots of bread and butter but it was great for my first time

They were annoying. 🙄 I don’t need you to tell me retail on each item. Just toss out a price and we can go from there. Ashley needs to get going. 😂😂😂

Great video! I think people might give you better prices (when they are being ridiculous) just because you are so pleasant and nice to work with. That's what I do when someone quotes a too-high-for-me price. "Oh that's okay. You keep it. It's beautiful. I bet it will sell for that". And sometimes the owner will tell me a better price so I can "have it". You are also good when they say "idk - $10 or $15?". And you say okay, is $10 okay? GOOD JOB. I never want to insult anyone. I'm just very happy for all of the great deals that I do find!

The second place had some crazy pricing 🤔🙄 and when they said “ I’ll do $10 or $15“ or “$5 or $10” like, ur obviously gonna ask for the lower price. They should just say the lowest they’ll take lol. Anyway, sorry u “lost” that stuff - u found some great items tho!

I would go back to the house for your missing items. If they are in a bag they should hold onto them for you.

Yea you got your Chick fillet!! Always check pockets, bags and everything that you thrift! I picked up a computer bag I thought my son might like. After I got it home I decided it had too many compartments. I used it once and like six weeks later I was looking for a charger and there was a pocket I had never looked in, when I opened it there was an envelope with $901. 😮😊

My wife and I were at a flea market a few years ago and we bought and paid for some items which were too big to carry around. We asked if we could collect them later. They said yes but by the time we went back they had packed up and gone home....with our stuff!! Grrrrrr!!

I can’t help myself but to be upfront with people in situations where I feel they’re not being up front themselves or lazy. I would have simply but kindly told her I wouldn’t have bothered grabbing this stuff if I knew the prices were this high. A sign with pricing or price tags attached to items they’re asking top dollar on would have made more sense.

I like a good Costco Dog. That's not as depressing as a Diet Coke and a cookie. Have you had the peach milkshake at Chik-fil-a? It's seasonal. It won't be long. It typically mirrors garage sale season.

I definitely would of just gone back to there house !!! And sometimes by the end of there sales there ready to make better deals just so that there not lugging it back in !!!

I sat down a sweater today and was in a panic because I couldn't find it when I we t to pay. Luckily, my best friend was with me and saw it setting in a shelf and just knew it was mine and she picked it up and I was able to get it. Phew! Glad she knows me well

not to long ago i was at a yard sale and is always crazy what people ask for the thinks they are selling, they had big 20gallon trash bags and everything that you can fit of clothes, for only $10 dollars. i picked up 2 Galvin pink and a light pink, each sold in the next few days for over $60. thanks for opening my eyes to all the brands, your the best!

I've done that before I bought a big item pay for it just so no one else grab it then started to go through the small stuff was there for maybe 40 mins going through baby items to drive home and remember that I paid but didn't grab it thank God though the lady that had the sale put a sold sign on it when I went back I totally acted like I never left lol but she knew and was nice that she held it it's like after having a child are brain is a bit cloudy sometimes 😆

Same! I also hate it when I'm the only one at the garage sale and the people running the sale watch me walk up the entire length of their driveway. And then they stare at me while I'm looking around and often make comments to me about anything I look at. I always feel obligated to buy something at that point.

I live in a small amish town in the middle of PA so it’s hard to find any nice brands of clothing. My husband, though, makes out great reselling tools! That was an unclear comment I meant how that one woman said it was worth X that she paid for it at and you found a comp about 100 less than what she claimed. And the BJ dress listed for 29$ someone spent 500$ on. Crazy.

Paying up for high end/value is level 100 reselling. Recently Ive bought Sterling flatware for $600 profit. Gorham Lady Anne nad Waterford Crystal with a projected profit of $900 and 2 lots of Noritake china for a projected $4000 profit. All for $540. Sure some might be long tail but I like the idea of this working for me over the next year. Only 1/3 is listed and already $1100 in sales.

I have left stuff places and it is so nerve racking. I am hoping you can get it back.
