Very insightful comment; I suspect that its musics other purpose to un-dam our emotions; I also find myself saddened by his mucis also Hania Rani, Olafur Arnaulds and Enaudi. Whats interesting is if in the midst of your heartache you listen, you'll find spaces where ones response was inadequate; whether is was the grief at a loss or the mourning of lost love.

Der beste Komponist... an seiner Musik werde ich mich nie satt hören können. EUSA est un album dédié à cette île, quand on y est, alors on comprend davantage où Yann puise son inspiration. Une musique douce, naturelle, délicate, sauvage, puissamment fragile, tellement inspirante...

I enjoy and adore the music of Yann Tiersen! It' s a relief or a balsam in this angly world. Before my lessons, i let my students hear the music for some minutes, to help them reanimate and revitalized themselfs.

I saw Yann Tiersen in concert in Paris at la Villette when the "Fabuleux destin of Amélie Poulain" had just been released in cinemas. His musique was heart-breakingly beautiful then and still is now.

Yep, it is eternel ... when I saw the fim the first time in the cinema (expecting just a funny comedy) I was shaken to the bones when I heard this music first and the fireworks of phantastic pictures .... tears of joy immediately

...ascolto per prima volta questo musicista, ed e una scoperta meravigliosa... e in piu, ancora prima di iniziare ha suonate ,mi ha gia conquistato, con il modo come e vestito..hehe, trascurante del solito modo elegante o simile, dei musicisti, per un concerto. hehe, gia lo amo

merci, vous me donnez envie d'apprendre à jouer du piano malgré que pour l'instant ce soit plutôt la guitare mon instrument de prédilection . Depuis que je vous écoute jouer du piano, j'écoute beaucoup plus de musique joué au piano. A chaque concert que j'écoute de vous j'ai de plus envie de jouer d'instruments différents. Vous êtes un moteur extraordinaire pour nous conduire à la musique !
