Both Tina and Coolment were incorrect. The 900th digit of pi is 0. The 900th DECIMAIL is 3 and is also the 901st digit of pi. Coolment's source just didn't count the fact that pi starts with one digit that isn't a decimal and I guess Tina just guessed.
