I, personally think that you could be onto something.

I think the first round weili will strike and give the fans a fun fight but if it goes past the first round I see her taking her down and mauling her to a finish

Yan got reset every time she's in the clinches or taken down. If Yan can't repel Weili's clinches or take downs, Yan will be weaken like Lemos did. Weili is much improved everywhere especially her mind game. It will take not just a technique to beat Weili. Somebody did but in a dirty way, just saying

Long story short she needs to use her foot work, something Weili does well is getting her opponents to move how she moves, Lemos moves her feet a lot and is always a moving target but she stood right in front of Weili because Weili made her fight at her pace. If Weili can get Yan out of her comfort zone then it should honestly be another walk in the park, I'm glad Yan slept Jessica because it also gives Weili and her team a look at what Yan is fully capable of.

Have doubts about Xiaonans striking, seeing another lost on her record.

good on you taking this on because nobody thinks she can win, still Yan can punch and might have better striking than Weili she doesnt have much power and at some time this goes to the mat and there it ends, you know a cut could also end it and Weili cuts real easy.

Where have you seen Weili got cut? She bleed in the mouth because of the high volume like Joanna did for 5 rounds. Weili getting cut is unseen until now.
