Keeping the lucky draw aside, is it a good idea to buy a plot of 100m and above in a sector where MOST of the plots would be for lower middle class people?

We believe that within the sector, smaller plots will be allocated to a different part of the area, while larger plots will be placed in sections with broader roads. This ensures a more organized layout and distinguishes between different plot sizes within the same sector.

30 sq meters ke plots ki requirements 250 sq meters ke plot se jyada hai. A normal person earning 25-30,000 per month can only afford this.
From 2:59 to 3:15, You should have just used a normal Google map in order to explain the location of the sectors in a much better way rather than moving the pointer randomly

Two people from the same family can apply separately, but if one person submits two forms, both will be rejected. If that happens, your money will likely be refunded within 90 days.

No sir. 3 LPA is for 30 square meter plots only.
Sir, information looks bit incorrect! Scheme launched but 30mtr wale plots 1 bhi nahi aaye. Number of plots bhi bahut kam aaye hai is bar. 120mtr k sirf 65 flats general catergory mai aaye hai.

@whitehatrealty I downloaded the brochure and noticed that it doesn’t have 30 sq. meter plot as mentioned in the video. The available options are 120, 162, 200, 300, 500, 1000 and 4000. ₹7,77000 is the registration amount for 300 sq. meter plot. This video seems to have lot of factual inaccuracies.

It actually takes full 80-90 days for the amount to return. Talking from the experience of yeida RPS05 scheme when I applied.

what is the total price of the plot of 300 sq meter?? Is 777000 is full amount for 300 square meter or just the registration amount? where can I find the full amount?? I cannot find it in brochure I want to know total cost of the plot only registration amount is mentioned.

The price is ₹25,900 per square meter, and the ₹7,77,000 is for a 30 square meter plot, not a 300 square meter plot.
