Maybe it will help you. I did a bit of searching to find exhausts that are similar to this design with the large radius as in the video. I found "VANCE & HINES BIG RADIUS EXHAUST 2-2 CHROME 18527" in Chrome and "Freedom Performance Exhaust MY00079".

Where did you get the headlight fairing is it from another bike?

To určite. Pedále mali zadnú časť dosť nízko a boli veľmi široké aj keď pohodlné. A si zober, že zadok som znížil o cca 6cm a aj tak je to v pohode. Pedále som skrel skoro na každej zákrute.
