I like the "brabble-brabble-brabble" when the Ducati goes into the engine break.

I'd much prefer the Scrambler, but I bet the XSR is far more reliable.

After seeing the intro wanted to ask if the stock seat is comfortable for the passenger ? And also i have seen that you have akrapovic without the dp killers is it too loud or you can deal with it ? Thank you and sorry for my english if they are not correct !

dniparxo Hi, stock is good enough for two people for 100-150 miles if you are looking to do more then you should be looking else where. I love the sound of Akra without the db killer. The sound is just right. I have done 2K miles with this exhaust and just live it.

"if you are looking to do more then you should be looking else where" you mean another bike or another seat ??
@StudioReesau

dniparxo I would say both but more towards the new bike. I would recommend XSR 900. Its a little roomier than the 700. :-)

well im planning to get this bike as my first one (since i only drive a motorcycle 125cc) and live in greece which is a small country compaired to others, max distance is like 400km and i think u can split it in half easily with 30-40min brake ! ;)

dniparxo If its going to your first bike then you'll be absolutely fine with that. Also, you should be happy doing that kind of milage. A few months ago I was planning of taking my bike to Paris from London but took my car because of the weather. You would love it. Go for it..

what is pillon comfort like?

It seems small however we have done a non stop ride of 80 miles and it was doable. I wouldn't want to go on any longer trip though. For occasional pillion ride, its absolutely fine.

jyexe525 Hi there, my mate on Yamaha is around 1m75 and skinny. Yamaha has a wider rear tyre and sits a little high as compared to Ducati. I am 1m87 my self and found Yamaha more comfortable than the Ducati.

I am 1m87 too cool (and skinny) ! but is it you on the scrambler ? if you are, that's good to hear because you don't seem to ride a moped ^^. Yes I heard that the yamaha is taller, but I hear that the scrambler is not made for more than 1m80 guys, but with the low handlebar it is good no ? Do you ride it only in the city, or also for long ride ?

jyexe525 I mostly ride in the city however, i have been on long rides (300 miles in a day) and its very comfortable. Yes you'll need ear plugs with akra exhaust without db killers.
