Awesome work with the bike finished also the 2-2 exhaust sounds so natural. Do you know If I can remove the catalytic converter like the rhodium honeycomb inside and use the shell as an H cross pipe I have a 2003 I don’t have info about what’s inside. Tnx

Got the seat off eBay and had to custom make the bracket for it

How do you paint the engine and wheels? What kind of handlebars

The engine was just rubbed down with scotch brite then washed and painted with spray can, while the wheels were done with a spray paint gun. Handlebars we’re just generic ones off eBay

did it lower mpg? or did it add any power ?

It's only a 250cc, what do you expect? like a 1000cc, not a chance. I just keep it original is best for me.
