Brother S means Standard, Just like it was designed while V2. Please dont mention special edition. Special edition toh r15m and r15 60th edition hai.

R15V4(M) has 5% less drag coefficient than V3 so .2ps loss is unnoticeable but again nothing can beat a BS4 R15V3...
