How can it detect to play a major or minor chord?

if you need a minor key, press the black key next to it on the left

@@TheBlackDragon_ToP Yes but that is not the SmardChord function. In order to do what you suggested you need to select multi. Smartchord is playing the minor chords that are in a certain key for example pressing A would play A minor when the key of C (default) is selected

You MUST specify the key of the song. For example, in the key of C, SmartChords will play the following chords: C, Dm, Em, F, G, Am, Bdim depending on which key is pressed. So, pressing D will play Dm, E will play Em. Truly single finger. No need for a second finger. For beginners, SmartChords makes it easy to play minor chords.

This song only uses 3 major chords: G, C and D. It does not really illustrate SmartChords well, with Single Finger mode, this song only need one finger for these 3 chords. Need to demo using songs with minor chords.
