Good work. Dad’s are cool! I’m building one of these right now!! Same front pipe actually….love that powerband. Keep riding.
cool review, had the same DT 125LC 10v. Traveled with it from Switzerland through Sahara to Nigeria. I added a 30l Tenere Tank for greater range and big bike look ; ) Very reliable bike! Good Ride

Cool, where is it now?
great video mate. got the exact same bike as you. brilliant little thing to ride, it just begs for more revs like most 2 strokes of its time. ive got original everything on it apart from a few bits in the engine. definitely need to upgrade to those mk2 front forks. mines a french import so fully derestricted. wheres yours from?

I believe mines an original English one, it’s an 84 frame with an 83 engine. We built it from scratch so I think it’s also fully unrestricted, tops out at about 70mph

@@Max_Rowley sounds lovely. mines been sat in a garage for 30 years so did an engine rebuild and changed a couple wheel bearings and it was good as new. i just managed to get mine to go 130kmph down an a road but thats solely because of the gearing i have on it. i wish you well on the bike, safe riding!
I had an 84, in 85😂
