I traveled to Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan.
Yamaguchi City was ranked third in the New York Times' list of 52 places to visit in the world in 2024.
This time, I'm not traveling to Yamaguchi City, but to the whole of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Eh? Isn't Yamaguchi a rural area?! Is there anything interesting there?! Is it even a tourist spot?!
That's what I thought before I went there, but I was surprised to find it very interesting and the food delicious.
Continuing from Akiyoshidai and Akiyoshido last time, I saw Motonosumi Shrine and then Tsunoshima Bridge. Then, on the way to Shimonoseki, I stopped by the westernmost point of Honshu.
Shimonoseki at night was a very beautiful place.

I booked a hotel through agoda, and it was the cheapest I've seen in Japan.
