The thing about lyrics is that they don't need to make sense to be epic, look at for faith for example; that songs lyrics make absolutely no sense yet its still an awesome song.

I find the intro of it cheesy as hell then it becomes straight fire.

Shirakaba from the Lost Judgment DLC was such an unexpected final boss but I loved it. I'm glad it was an actual fight and not relegated to a cutscene. An incredible finale to an incredible DLC.

Jin Goda looks like zeus and Ryuji looks like someone just took the last pancakes at the buffet and he now has to wait 20 more seconds for them

Regarding RGGO, I love how they just went “fuck it” and gave Jin a basic boss theme. At least Sawashiro had God Complex which is an insanely epic theme, fitting for a final boss fight.

@@Name_man The anatagonists killed Kaito and Yagami has a personal struggle that, when he catches them, he allows himself to kill them for his own personal vengeance or allows the police to arrest them and leaves the law to take care of the rest.

RGG Online was an acid trip. The same game also featured Ryuji as a biker. Which is fucking awesome but you get what I mean. And some girl who looks like someone took Monika from DDLC and screwed around with her in a character creator, but no one gives a shit about Mayumi, to the point where my phone literally just autocorrected her name to Majima. I am dead fucking serious this JUST happened while I was typing this. Majima really is everywhere. Wow, that’s 2 f*cks and one shit in the same comment, what am I, a Yakuza 1 dub character?

yu kitakata is a great boss, though i wish he had a third phase tbh

Imagine if kurohyou 2 got localized on west, it would be on the same tier as bury the light

Most other themes: Jazzy, dramatic, epic showdown Kurohyou 2: DANGEROUS (DANGEROUS)

I just beat FOTNS: LP today and with Targa, I remember being in burst mode while also being almost dead, so I played it safe, and the Targa introduced me into the dumb part of his moveset: The fact that his guns have WALL BOUND PROPERTIES, so he shot me, I got bounded to the invisible wall, and he shot me again and I died. Beat on the next try tho. Edit: Another thing I learned from playing that game is that Flamethrowers also have Wall Bound Properties.

RGG make bangers even for spin offs.

It kinda bother me that they didn't give Tenkai his own theme. For those who don't know, his theme "100 Execution" is actually a long battle theme so it is rather disappointing since he's the last enemy of the game. I dare say Kojiro's theme "The Melody Played by a Patriot" fits more as a final boss theme.

Tenkai was simply not final boss material and that's why he didn't get a theme, sure he was the final enemy but he was just a pathetic old man who ran away from you the whole time and let his minions do the work.

The same as the mainline game, I love every theme in the spin-off, some of them are emotional and some are threatening. . . . . . (Except for you 100 Execution, you're my least favorite theme in the spin-off)

Acting as a part 2 to my first comment. Come to think of it, was Jin’s boss fight the ONLY time Through was played in the whole game as far as fighting goes? If so that makes its inclusion even more hilariously stupid. I know it’s just a mobile game and there wasn’t much they could have done, but it would have been cool to hear a remix of Bad Fortune Flower. I’m not bothered by this honestly, it’s just funny.

Ryuji's part in RGG online has 3 universal boss themes basically (which are just labeled as boss1, boss2 and boss3). Through is the third theme and Asphodelos is the first. Rebellions is the second theme but is weirdly not used at all. Might actually make a list of all the boss themes for RGG online, excluding the side stories, which are just rehashes of other Yakuza games (Ishin, 1/Kiwami, etc.)

The Duel kinda threw me off as I thought it would be an intense music but it’s more a emotional friendly final boss
