A big thank you to all of you for the lovely Cacao ceremony and breathwork journey and the amazing music yesterday in Salt Lake City. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it and talked and discussed it in depth afterwards. We're planning to keep the practice. It was my 63rd trip around the sun celebration and I am extremely grateful I was able to spend it with my friends and all of you.... including the Bambino.
