38:58 I have been suffering from wanting to return back to drawing for a very, very long time despite the fun I have in creating stylized character illustrations. I've occassionally looked at art self help videos to figure out what may inspire me to illustrate again, but there was something I couldn't put my finger on. I knew perfectionism in making a good piece was part of it but I didn't think about how focusing so intensely on *finishing* the illustration can impact me. I feel like Tamakid released some spell or something on me because it finally clicks what keeps creating art burnout for me.
