Not to be negative but you did a disservice to the traditional way of serving the food. The dishes don’t come wrapped with Enjera like a burrito. I believe this way doesn’t give the whole experience of eating Ethiopian food.

Why use the word 'black' on one hand it is called being racist and not polite to address as black on the other hand I see people creating awareness of food culture with the word as 'Black foodie' why dont call it Ethopian food (for example as I can see its Ethopian food that the Mayor is trying (or which ever country region the food belongs to. 🤔🙄
