Forum for Ethiopian Leaders (FEEL) is a platform to bring executive leaders together for collective learning and sharing of experiences.
FEEL aims at organizing a conducive environment where leaders interact and network with fellow members with the aim of learning from one another.
Realizing the importance of networking, knowledge and experience sharing amongst leaders, FEEL has been initiated by AACCSA and SAK.
FEEL envisage to organize a series of regular events that would bring leaders together to gain knowledge, share experience and network for personal and organizational growth and advancements.
FEEL is open to leaders at executive level in the private enterprises, share companies, corporations, public enterprises, government organizations, NGOs and multilateral organizations to learn from one another and exchange their hands on experiences on different contemporary issues. FEEL will consider sector specific learning platform for leaders in the future. FEEL employs a participant centered approach where Participating leaders play significant role for the effectiveness of the forum in choosing topics of discussion, speakers, methods/approach of the forum, dates and time of the discussion.
