I have lived in Sutton for over 30 years. One of the best features is the number of large parks, such as Nonsuch and Beddington.

Thanks a lot for sharing. Overall there are many reasons Sutton is a favourite to settle. Just wonder how hard it's to admit those outstanding schools, as you have to take selection exam and it's lot of applicants. Train is usually much more expensive than the Tube.

Thank you for your comment. The grammar schools are highly selective and they often require applicants to sit a couple of rounds in the entrance exams. Because of the large number of applicants, many able students unfortunately do not get a place.

Hi, it depends on the type of properties you are after. The monthly rent of a 2 bedroom flat starts at around £1400 , while that of a 2 bedroom house starts at around £1700. Visit the website www.rightmove.co.uk It has lots of property info.

唔係😅🤣😂 因為英國最小的貨幣單位係便士 - penny. 例如 £10.25, 當地人會講成 ten pounds twenty-five, 即 10鎊25；唔會講 10個25.
