記得大約20前英國鐵路發生過意外, 當時2個台灣女記者一死一重傷, 重傷那個好像叫劉海桐，仲幾靚女添
唔好信呢啲，一定要自己去睇！
其實一房係較困難地去貨, 除非放租@大學生..希望呢個台意識到查驗資料重要性...資料唔掂就冇人睇, 冇人睇就要close 了.
位置偏僻,天寒地凍, 開暖氣都開到破產!

回本嘅"本"應該係指首期，英國樓主要玩法係還息唔還本，每月租金收入扣除利息及其他開支就算係淨賺。

這個盤位置偏遠，當地人也不買，才會sell 香港人呢！
Do not invest in apartment or HMO, especially if you are not in UK. 買咗一定後悔！

I will report this to the police. Not all houses can be HMOs... and you need a LICENSE to run those !!! If you wanto migrate to the UK... do not listen to these BS people.. and these fake advertising scammers. At some point in time... the Marketing Authorities will clamp DOWN on those !!! And or have these people be kicked out of the UK !!!

£15萬至20萬買到一間改建工厦的一房936呎，買嘅只有被人笑係羊牯，蠢。 £15萬至£20萬在英國買到好多永久業權freehold2房排屋terrace有埋後花園，分分鐘有車房，車位了。
去到做。和尚。都幾好，思過人生做錯事返思地方，看大海，看璇風，威力，極超大吓雪，又極寒冷😅又預人不熟並人呃😅

出租劏房又糸港英班官商，今曰香港爆走樓跌十室九空，明天到英國自吃苦果。 十年由800英磅到今年1500英磅，就明白英國依懶炒屋冇生產線，由外輸補推地，不值租住，留不長居木專材房霸。

@@micxvii : They are behaving like... those cases of "people scrapping data and selling" but without authorisation from the actual landlord, or seller.. or the owner of the building, even if it is a commercial one. There has been a lot of people selling other people's houses, taking them, without checks and things, and then end up in the courts and be sued. I don't even understand why these people are doing that.
