Hi Fish, developer do provide furniture pack and wardrobes for the apartment but this is optional. Some owners prefer to source own supplier and we can also provide recommendations as well. Thx

Overv410000 expensive n too many supply in building plus strange doors for air flow instead of windows no balcony,,,, no good not many local buys

@@dorawong4599 Hi Dora, If you have a look of the price list from the developer, currently the same style unit you won't able to buy it from this price anymore. it's now from £420,000+ . is it very expensive for Manchester, but the new apartment is going for this price range.
