yeah, that's why it was easy for the remakes to make up the character again, because jerry was the one who staged that daomingsi is like this. he really portrayed the best image and that stuck to the fans .

20 years ago, I watched F4 with very minimal understanding of mandarin but was so hooked to the movie, watching till morning n player spoiled. My hubby was teasing me "Dao Ming SI".... Forgotten about you till lately saw one of your movie (loving, never forgetting). Got hooked on it again. But now my hubby is gone, not here to tease me ..... Jerry, you are amazing. Looking good and your acting has improved tremendously. Just like you said, looking good can't last, skills are important n you have done it, you have proven with your effort you are a great actor. I sincerely wish you would find your love and be happy n healthy. May you have more time for your family as well. May all your noble wishes come true.

我喜歡F4初版的四個大男孩,陽光、帥氣、純真自然，每個男孩形象各異角色鮮明。後面幾版的F4組合總覺得人物塑造太過精緻,尤其是陸版四個人彼此形象太接近了,過於陰柔嬌氣,也演不出初版F4的純真自然,道明寺的直白霸氣和天然呆演不出來,反而有些油氣,只看到多金霸氣的表現,女主也還是大S表現的最自然,尤其在尷尬和曖昧之間表現的純愛是最真最美的,不會有陸版女主太多多餘的表情尤其是眼神表現太多顯得太作戲了。
