You guys should learn about the real estate marketing , buyers are not interested about its nice ቆንጆ appt , we’re interested to know the square foot, the price , the amities, security, balcony, parking ..😮

What I don't really like about the apartment is the idea of open kitchen can't digest it that doesn't fit for habesha cooking style.

70% is a Strech. How do you expect the bank to make money from the 70% price drop? The banks look at the property and its value before lending money to buyers. If there's going to be a huge price drop the banks will bankrupt completely. I don't think the government will allow that to happen. It's a fact none of the houses in Ethiopia worth the value they have been sold for. The greedy politicians let it get to where it is today, because they were involved in the real-estate business themselves. They didn't care about the skyrocketing prices as long as they were making money. When I tell my African and Asian friends about the real estate prices in Ethiopia, they think I am lying to them. They cannot understand how people in a poor county like Ethiopia are asked that much money to put a roof over their heads. In Vietnam you can build a big house with just $30,000. In Tanzania you can buy a the most luxurious ground plus one three bedrooms house by the ocean with private swimming pool for $185,000. That's a price of a mediocre condo in Addis.

I don't really understand why they are building these Luxury apartments when they should be investing and improving the infrastructure like roads, electricity, water pipe lines. What's the point of living in these Luxury apartment when there is electric and water scarcity ?

The reason I use to like this channel was, because they use to mention prices. This girl is not professional

They dont want to push away customers since their prices are very expensive so she decided not to mention it.
