萬眾期待年度盛事《萬千星輝頒獎典禮2021》隆重舉行，今年新增設由傳媒選出嘅最佳衣著男女藝人，一眾藝人盛裝打扮踏上紅地氈，鍾嘉欣行型格路線，以BraTop配上銀色閃閃西裝亮相，仲向大家大派心心添。譚俊彥、黃智雯攜手登場，Mandy以閃閃禮服帶出復古感，陳展鵬、林夏薇孖住上陣，薇薇深藍長裙中門大開兼大露背，相當性感﹗李佳芯嘅撞色禮服好有新意，馬明嘅黑白西裝就簡潔俐落。
