Clean Money is 1 of my favorite 🔥

Adam Calhoun and Tom Macdonald are pretty good friends as well. They did a collab a couple months ago.

I have nothing but respect for Adam. He and Tom Mcdonald bring the truth !

Adam is a solid dude. Businessman , father , leader. The man Is top notch.

You should do some Struggle Jennings. "Fell Outta Love" "God We Need You Now" or "Fall in the Fall" with Jelly Roll or "Dropping Bodies" with Adam Calhoun.

Jelly does a song with his daughter Tears could talk. One of the best. Seen him perform with Shinedown last year and they did this song

Nu Breed and Jesse Howard the songs Against the Grain, Rise Up, and Give Em Hell, they are a mix of country, rap, and southern rock

As I said in Upchurch's reaction, these men aren't the direction of country. They're fighting what country has become. A bunch of city boys who've never lived the life who got thrown into the country genre because they have the sound and a pretty face. Most of them aren't country at all. ACal is a real American and also has a great catalog. Might have more fantastic colabs than any artist I've ever heard. The Prayer w/ Jelly, the entire Brave album with Tom MacDonald, Hooligan or 2 Kings with Upchurch, Clay Pigeons/Cracked Pepper/Droppin' Bodies with Struggle.

Adam is one of my favorite artists.

Adam is very versatile. A couple songs like Ramble On; Clean Money and A Dream w/ Jelly Roll. A few Rap songs to check out: Back and Forth W/ Upchurch Rap Shxt, Tombstone. Keep going down these rabbit holes, these artists are killing the mainstream Rap scene.

You fell into the exponential growth in quality phase of the next evolution in country music. You're not late, you did miss the humble beginnings, the blood sweat and tears, and the niche phase which most folks don't experience unless you're really tuned in. The best part about coming back into country is that you have a nearly endless back log of music to go through and really find what you like. This genre was kinda weird to navigate 5 years ago and beyond because the number of quality artists making good tracks was really short and resulted in a lot of repeated music, short playlists and a ton of garbage mixed in with shitty artists, bandwagon hoppers and shitty people trying to ride coattails of anyone who was moderately successful. It was dirty for awhile. Stuff has definitely leveled out and the space is comfortably navigable now. You're in the right place for sure. This "group" of artists have done a lot of collaboration on and off the mic and carried most of the weight of growing this genre to a mainstream competitor putting multiple tracks on the charts over and over, consistently, allowing more people to find this music. No shade to the small talent in any way. But this little "clique" youve found here have been the frontrunners and are really good people.

You might like Chris Webby. I would recommend his Raw Thoughts series (minus III as it was beef). The evolution is stunning. Tom Macdonald and Adam Calhoun "White Boys" is fun. Something completely different would be Steppenwolf "Monster". Not sure if it would be a good reaction, but it came out in 1969 and is more relevant than ever. If you want something to feel good check out Charlie Worsham - "I Hope I'm Stoned (When Jesus Takes Me Home) [ft. Old Crow Medicine Show]".

Adam has some great songs out there. If you were not feeling his rap stuff he is going to start making some different music. He hasn't really said what it will be except he was very clear it will not be rap. As for suggestions on other songs go, he gave you a great one, clean money. I will add Crossroads, Life goes on and Tombstone. They are all rap songs but they are more like Ramble on so you might like them.
