Liverpool 排第四！
I'll be the first one to disagree. I think Liverpool is one of the best city in the northwest. It has good universities and the people are nice there. Espeically in the Wirrals, I like crossing the Mersey river by ferries. Liverpool has 2 cross harbour tunels ( the kings & the Queens) almost like HK & Kowloon. My only complaint was the choice of foods in Liverpool. But that was the same almost in the whole UK.
