I’m leaving this here for the ones who have been going through there shit in life. This is the real cold shit if you want to hear the truth about suicide and what happens when your gone. Life doesn’t end until you think you have given up. Once you have given up is when your life ends. Try to find your way out of the hole If you are going through a relationship doesn’t matter what she or he did. If they did something to you that has damaged you in someway before during or after you need to forget all the good and bad. Cut the strings holding you back no matter how deep they may be. They still can’t have strings holding you because you won’t get better if your still holding on. If this about death from someone trust me I know I have lost my ex to suicide I have lost my stepdad to suicide I have lost my friend to suicide I know what it is like to be left behind. Don’t view there death as something that you could have stopped stop saying “if” because there is no “if” you had no way of stopping it and I know it makes you feel powerless but you can’t be held back from there death. Keep them in mind and remember them for who they were. And if you feel like you caused it, don’t feel bad. Admit your mistakes and try to forgive yourself. I’m sure they still loved you no matter how bad you screwed up. If this is abuse issues or you feel like no one cares trust me people will care when your gone. Everyone has loved someone and that include you to. Everyone has been through some sort of abuse and if you keep thinking your the only one that is going through it your stupid. Your not special because of what you have been through because at least 1 other person knows what it’s like. It’s not always your fault either not everything is your fault everything can’t be controlled and that include you to. Stop living up to such high standards all the time give yourself a break once in a while it’s not bad to take a break but it’s unforgivable when you give up. It takes one to know one. I don’t know everything you have gone through but someone does. I love all of you please find help doesn’t matter who it is find someone. ❤
