XVS650 V&H pipes, 140kmh

Short burts with my XVS650, with V&H cruiser pipes. all else stock. The intake is the main problem, as it gets to 140Kmh pretty quickly. With a better intake i think and appropriate jetting, it will easily do more than 140 Kmh.
