There are a set of people called "Petrol Heads" where they only prefer Petrol as it gives Pure Driving Shear Experience. Any petrol engines gives confidence more than its Diesel varient regardless of its chassis type as they mostly give linear curve to its speed and power. And exhaust carbon in petrol engines is almost nil and reliable even if you stress for longer periods..! And more over "Our Exhaust Is Cleaner Than Delhi Air" Says Jaguar and BMW. If going for milage Diesel is good but not for environment freindly and not as reliable as petrol engines. Once an Petrol Head always an Petrol Head..!!

Expecting 22kmpl from a 200 hp 420 nm torque & 2 ton weight is your Mere Stupidity. You get a powerful engine & its a performance oriented vehicle. Better buy an Alto if mileage is the concern.

Why would a person who can afford spending 30Lakhs on a vehicle even worry about its mileage ? If he did, he should buy an ertiga

I use MX petrol Variant.. 9 to 10 KMPL within city, 11 to 12 on highways when driving above 120… Strangely the best mileage I received was on Ghat road.. I got 12.8 when travelling around Idukki in KL.

Both are not same engine

I booked the XUV 700 Diesel AX 7 on October 3rd 2021.. waited till June 10th , 2022 and finally cancelled and Booked Kia Carens Diesel, got Delivered in November and now I am really very Happy with the vehicle in most of the aspects.. I am very comfortable on the Highway.. Hills.. During Hot Summer and also in Heavy Rainy days..

After watching this video I am happy and convinced on the decision I made to buy Kia carens. For me comfort and mileage were my first priority and I can confirm that Kia carens satisfied me in both these aspects. I switched from Skoda to Kia last year and I am completely happy for choosing Kia Carens. Below are some of the benefits/advantages I have experienced from Kia Carens in my last 1 year usage. I have drove exactly 25,000 km in 1 year 2 months. 1. Good space. Easily can accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids 2. Very comfortable ride 3. Excellence mileage. I get 16 in the city and more than 20 on highways 4. Very good AC 5. Good after sales service. 100x better compared to Skoda 6. Good boot space compared to other 7 seaters 7. Good headlights. Very powerful and definitely better than my previous car 8. Good brakes. Had experienced few times. 9. Parking assistance with sensors. 10. Sunroof which my kid enjoys the most 11. Cruise control which is extremely useful on highways 12. Decent music system. Initially not very impressed but now adopted to it and enjoying 13. Better ingress and egress 14. Ventilated seat which is really useful in this hot summer 15. One of the best diesel engines in the market now. Same smoothness as petrol engine.Haven’t experienced any difficulties with full load. Have done long drives on hills with 6 adults, 2 kids and full luggage for 5 days vacation. It was very comfortable and never faced any issues in terms of power. Disadvantages. 1. Bad suspension. 2. Body roll 3. Not very useful wireless charging 4. No wireless carplay or Android auto 5. Not impressive build quality. Even my 6 yr old kid is able to open the door easily whereas in my skoda even adults used to struggle to open as it was too heavy 6. No 360 degree camera

Get the hybrid version and u easily get 18-20 kmpl in city.. Hycross is also more comfort oriented

Hycross is spacious when compared to XUV700, top variant will costs 35lakhs or above, available only in automatic diesel version, but the torque and power is less when compared to XUV700. Mileage is up-to 23kmpl as it is a hybrid version (top end), better 3rd row but lack of under thigh support, 300litre boot space, cooled / ventilated seats, powered tailgate, Auto dimmed IRVM, uncooled glove box, sun roof (only in top end), non hydraulic bonnet, Adas, Cruise control, apple car play, wireless charger.

Bro go for turbo petrol IMT version..

After 2 years of launching, still Mahindra couldn’t resolve the suspension thud noise issue. It’s highly unacceptable for a 30+ lakhs price car. So, buyers better don’t go with this car until Mahindra resolve their issues on this vehicle.

Inga sollumbodhu 150yaanu dhaan irukkum, but carla speedo meter paathaa mattumdhana theriyum evvalo speed poromnu, paakalanaa who 40 or 50la pora maadhiridhaan irukkum. However it will give over speed alerts after crossing 80 (default) or at the over speed limit set by you. It's a nice machine.

Fyki- Jepp Meridian is having less power (pls check Torque and Power) than Xuv7oo Petrol and Diesel. Meridian is nothing but bigger Jeep Compas. Only thing it has additional 2 seats in a bigger size than Compass.

@@karthikbalan9279 it is not. It is a different vehicle, designed for hybrid power (uk) market. That's why sliding second row wasn't provided. It has a separate suspension than Compass. You can test drive booth and feel it.

Xuv7oo 🔥🔥 Specs speaks for it: Xuv7oo Diesel: 185BHP and 450NM torque Xuv7oo Petrol: 200BHP and 380NM Torque. Am the proud owner of xuv7oo AWD🔥. And 5 of my friends are owning it too❤️.

If mileage is the only concern buy tv star city ...it gives mileage close to 60 km per liter...why to buy an suv expect to run 25 km per liter
